Tiaras.

Unless otherwise stated, all tiaras are set on 39cm gold or silver plated alice bands. These bands fit well but are not uncomfortably tight - from personal experience I know how uncomfortable these bands can be so have opted for a well fitting but softer make. You may therefore need to pin the tiara if you feel it is necessary.

Coronets are set on 10cm diameter gold or silver plated circlet bands.

Making A Purchase

As each item is made to order, please allow SIX weeks for your order to be made and delivered. No order can be considered with less than six weeks notice.

Please ensure you have ordered the correct color choice where one is available - items cannot be returned if the buyer made an incorrect colour choice.

Full payment must be received before any order can be made and despatched.

Clicking on the "buy" button enters you into a legally binding contract.

You will receive email confirmation of your purchase within 48 hours.

Delivery

All tiaras and coronets will be wrapped in tissue and boxed for safe transit through the mail. Jewllery items will be appropriately padded and boxed.

Jewellery items under £25, hairpins/grips & combs will be despatched via Recorded Delivery

Tiaras, coronets and jewellery over £26 will be desdpatched via Special Delivery.

Silver Moon Tiaras cannot be held responsible for any loss of items in the postal system. It is up to the buyer to contact Royal Mail and follow the appropriaye course of action.

Returns.

Returns must be made within SEVEN days. You must email us first to inform us of a return and the reason for the return. A refund will be given minus the intial postage charge.

Any return made after the seven day period will be returned to the sender, as these items will then be considered to be your goods.

Any returned items must be sent via Special Delivery and must be in their original condition - any items received that are not will be returned to sender.

In the unlikely event of an item being received and it is faulty, a refund or a replacement will be offered.

Any cancelled order will be charged a fee of 50%.

These items are not toys and should be kept away from small children.
